The six (6) member Swan River Montessori Board of Directors maintains the ultimate authority over school operations. Under Minnesota Statute 124D. Subd. 4 (c) (Charter School Law), a majority of the Board of Directors must be Minnesota licensed teachers. Our board election process has been established and will allow for staggered elections over three years. This will provide the Board with continuing, experienced members, as well as new, incoming members to govern the school’s operations.
